BACHELOR PROGRAMS: [Although our Bachelor Degree is considered a four year equivalent degree, with advanced standing it can be completed in less than a year!]
Students with a GED or High School Diploma may participate in the Bachelor Degree Program. If you desire to fulfill a dual enrollment in both our Bachelor/Masters Program, contact our office.
All Bachelor Degree candidates must complete a minimum of 120 credits to fulfill the requirements of the program. If you have an Associates degree, or years of experience and other training, you can apply for advanced standing exempting you from a portion of the requirements.
Each student must complete:
General Session Lectures (Principles of Life and Abundant living I, II, III, IV)
Writing Assignments (The Gospel Ministry I, II, III, IV, and 24 hours of outreach/community service)
A minimum of 2 Program Exams
A minimum of 1 Research Submission (Independent Research and Development)
University Foundations Courses (30 credits)
The Major Key Enrichment Series in their individual major. ( 45 credits)
Personal growth electives or special project (15 credits)
Once these requirements are met, student will be cleared for graduation. The items listed will award students a maximum of 120 credits.
STEP 1: Evaluation of previous education and/or experience. Students will be receiving life time credit (LTC) in one of 3 categories.
No Advanced Standing (0) Advanced Standing (30) Double Advanced Standing (60)
STEP 2: Students will need to complete the University Foundations Unit I for **15 credits or I/II for **30 credits.
STEP 3: Students will need complete their “Major Keys” Unit, which is course work directly for their major. Major Keys are 45 credits
STEP 4: Students complete final project, independent research, or electives for 15 remaining credits needed to complete the degree requirements.
Example: Chris is accepted into the bachelor program. In step 1 he is awarded 30 LTC in previous credits and/or experience. He now needs 90 credits to complete the Bachelor. Step 2, he is required to complete university foundations unit 1/2 for 30 credits. Step 3 he completed his major keys unit for 45 credits. Step 4, he need his remaining 15 credits with a final project, for a total of 120 credits needed for the degree.
